Hello

I downloaded the latest k3b cd burning program. My existing program has created some problems. So I thought it would be better to install the latest program.

The downloaded program is 'k3b-0.12.3-11mdk.src.rpm'

What is the meaning of the following message?
How do I install the downloaded file?

Then I tried with the rebuild command too.
It didn't work either.

The first warnings from the install of the src.rpm is normal and nothing to worry about.

The second set of warning are also normal, the error: Failed build dependencies: part is also normal. This is telling you that other required rpm packages are missing and need to be installed before you can build k3b.

FYI: the latest k3b is version 0.12.17
