ISDN dialling strange number??

Plese could you help me to understand what this is all about...

My local Linux machine (SuSE 6.4) keeps losing its connection and in the log file this message keeps appearing:

Jul 1 12:00:17 mypc isdnlog: Jul 01 12:00:17 tei 97 calling +49 38841735,
with ? ABC_LCR: Request for number +4938841735 = +49 38841735 - (DE) via DTAG
Jul 1 12:00:17 mypc isdnlog: Jul 01 12:00:17 tei 97 calling +49 38841735,
with ? ABC_LCR: New number "01051038841735" (via 01051:01051) (but ABC_LCR not
installed - simulation)

But I have no idea what this number is and where it has come from?

Please can you explain as to what might be happening here.

Any help is appreciated-
