install RPM whne it need dependencies

I'm using SuSe 8.2 Pro, the site has the kde 3.1.4 rpms available here. However after downloading the base packages, most require dependences..when I try to install the dependency, it needs another one...I'm using Yast, not the shell. How do I install these things? Can I set all of the files to install all at once so the dependences are right there or something?

well if you're absolutely positive you've got all the packages necessary, you can run the rpm command with --nodeps and/or the --force option. but use these options with caution.

Well, I'm pretty certain I have all of them, but isn't there a logical way of doing such things? I mean, if you want to install a program, you should be able to install the dependencies first then the main program...but there doesn't seem be to any order of installation.
