i have a dual boot system, winxp and fedora, i had to reinstall my windows and therefore overwriting my mbr, i cant boot to linux anymore, how to i reinstall grub on my mbr? oh and i only have one HD if that helps... my windows is installed in /dev/hda1
Put in your Fedora cd, and reboot.
When the install prompt comes up, it will have a rescue option of sorts.
Basically, by going into rescue mode, you get a single user prompt, from which you can tag the grub-install command.
Google around a bit, I'm sure the exact answer is out there.
