How to auto internet with wicd in slackware current on USB?

OK

so, I installed wicd 1.7.0 and unlike in Debian Live, *buntu, etc
I have no auto internet at boot if I run my slack-current USB on a different pc

if I boot on computer I was running on when I installed it (eth0)
I have auto-connect at boot

If I boot on another pc I have (eth1)
I have to manually setup wicd all over again?!

I have edited /etc/rc.d/rc.inet1.conf and put "yes" for eth0-eth3
and keepresolv.conf(is that wrong?)

What am I doing wrong?

Thanks

Have you tried it the other way, setting up wicd
on that other machine first?

Do both nets use the same type of security(wep, wpa)?

Would editing your /etc/dhclient.conf help?

/etc/network the ifup and ifdown scripts?

wicd might be trying but hang on those.
