I don't think this is reasonable. Besides using Debian repositories, Q4OS builds its own packages, and for Gemini, they're probably built against Bullseye. Combining them with Debian packages from Bookworm may create a
FrankenDebian.
What you
can do though is use packages from
bullseye-backports.
And don't forget that Q4OS allows you to easily create
custom application installers. They provide
some software packaged this way.
An easy way to test out a new KDE release is installing it from
a snap.
