Hardware


I have Intel D845GLLY Mother Board I have Problem with my AGP and Sound Card (Built in) Both have detect but not working in RedHat 8.0
and also intel modem 536EP V.92 modem its also not working .

I have a Pixel View TV Tuner CARD Model NO(BT878p+) How can I configure this in RedHat Linux8.0 and how can I run tv application..(For watching TV)



If anyone knows how these configure in linux Please tell me I am waiting..........

Particular types of models for your AGP card and Sound would help us out.

The GL845 chipset just finally got supported in XFree86 4.2.99-4, which means you're going to have to do a binary installation of X directly from XFree, its going to be a good six months before a distro releases on this advanced an XFree.

P.S. Trick, this is another occurence of the GL845 (Reason Finn hates Intel) chipset debacle I've been going off about lately.

for linux users often intel products are nightmare.

Ah yeah.. now I remember.. I'll be sure to stay away from this thread then... at least I got a good link for the modem..
