Graphic shell stopped working

My SuSE 9.3 Pro install stopped working. In the boot messages (see below) it claims to have reached runlevel 5 but the graphic shell never shows up. Just looks like runlevel 3.

What do I do to get it working again?

You look at /var/log/Xorg.0.log to find out why it's refusing to start ...

Your mouse is no longer where Xorg thinks it is. Check dmesg for where it is plugged in and edit the .conf accordingly to the new /dev location
