Fluxbox - bind one key to a key combo

I just got a new keyboard with the internet and multimedia keys. I've gotten the keycodes and set them up in .Xmodmap and I've made bindings for the multimedia stuff, but the internet browser buttons are different. Instead of binding a button to a command I need to bind them to keyboard shortcuts, such as Alt + Left to go back a page. Can I do this with my ~/.fluxbox/keys file?
