FAT32 File Recovery


I made a mistake and removed some files with rm -rf <directory> from a FAT32 partition, and i want to resotre these removed files back, is there any chances of restoring them back??

Please Help

I dont think that there are softwares in linux for recovery, however, if u have windows, there's a software called Easy recovery (google it to download) and u can run it in windows to recover those files. I am not 100% sure that u will get those files...make an attempt

Even if there are recovery softwares in linux, I am unaware of it. If anyone reading this post is aware, kindly let me know...(u see..I am ....still a new bee).

do a google for .........fast file recovery
this program IS NOT freeware.........BUT when you install it in windows it will find your deleted files.......
I deleted a vfat partition ...almost 3 gigs of stuff.......fast file recovery found it all......... I've never made that mistake again........
