Evolution - add an address book

Perhaps its a terminology gap, but I am unable to add an address book to Evolution. Is this a restriction to the Open version?

When I click "New Address Book" the "OK" button always remains grayed out. Or is this a permissions issue. On that note, what does the "Permissions" menu item do? Mine appears to do nothing when clicked.

Thanks in advance for any replies
