Error: /File[/var/lib/puppet/facts.d]: Could not retrieve information from environmen

I got an error message in puppet agent when i tried to
fetch the manifested puppet rule with command here:

#puppet agent --no-daemonize --onetime --verbose

I got the following error:

Info: Retrieving pluginfacts
Error: /File[/var/lib/puppet/facts.d]: Could not retrieve information from environment production source(s) puppet://puppet1.iso.test/pluginfacts

Info: Retrieving plugin
Error: /File[/var/lib/puppet/lib]: Could not evaluate: Could not retrieve information from environment source(s) puppet://puppet1.iso.test/plugins
Info: Caching catalog for puppet2.iso.test
Info: Applying Configuration version '1420626401'

Notice: Finished catalog run in 0.02 seconds

I'm really very wondering, what is the main cause for this error and the solution for this?

Thanks in advance
