distributions

which is the best linux distribution available today. Is it Redhat or SuSE?

If you want to learn Linux I'll suggest Redhat, is easy to install and has a nice interface... I use Redhat, I been using it for around 1 month now, but I'm going to change to Slackware.. Must people I know started with Redhat and move up to SLackware...

Try several different distro's and decide for yourself. There is no"best distro", they are all very good.
