What do you mean access to cupsd? Like in access to start or stop the script and or daemon itself? Or are you referring to just printing? I suppose you could add them to the lp group that comes default with Slackware for access to the spool directory when printing, etc.

If I have to print something I have to login as root, them "cupsd" to start the printing daemon and after that I can print. I want to do that without loging in as root.

Why not add cupsd to your startup scripts to start and run during bootup. It is a daemon so it should be running in the background once started.

You should be able to uncomment this in your /etc/rc.d/rc.M file, etc.
