CUPSd access denied


From my other machine in the network I'm getting a message saying unexpected error from lynx, would anyone have any idea whats wrong?

Lynx output:
root@10[~]# lynx 192.168.0.3:631

lynx: Can't access startfile


Here's my cupsd conf where access rules are:
<Location />
Encryption IfRequested
Satisfy All
Order deny,allow
Deny From All
Allow 127.0.0.1
Allow 192.168.0.*
</Location>
<Location /jobs>
AuthType Basic
AuthClass User
Encryption IfRequested
Satisfy All
Order allow,deny
Allow 192.168.0.*
Allow @LOCAL
Allow localhost
Deny From All
</Location>
<Location /admin>
AuthType Basic
AuthClass System
Encryption IfRequested
Satisfy All
Order deny,allow
Deny From All
Allow From 127.0.0.1

Shouldn't it be "Allow From ip_or_hostname" instead of "allow ip_or_hostname"?
