copying kde configuration for 2 users OR 2 users on 1 x session for vnc

Hi, just a simple question. I have 2 user accounts setup on my system. One I use to get tight-vnc running on so I can use my computer at school. I was wondering if there was a simple way to copy the configuration (the whole kicker is trasparent, I have kweather setup...plastik theme...) from the one user to the other.

OR

is there a way for me to let me just use 1 desktop without having to start a new x session for vnc? I notice X takes up tons of resources. Its kind of hard to explain, anyone know what I mean?
thanks a lot. I have a paper I have to finish, any help is appreciated.

mfg,
thomas
