Question Caps Lock Daemon

I heard that there is a daemon that turns on and off the "Caps Lock" key. Do you know where can I get it?

run mcc, enter your root password, then go to System menu : DrakeXServices.
Scroll down till you find "numlock" and check the checkbox.

*** umm sorry, i read 'numlock' instead of caplock : don't know about this one ***

What I am looking for is a daemon that will turn the "Caps Lock" key on-and-off continiously (like a game...)
