Cannot register RHN for Redhat Enterprise Linux v5 with basic subscription

Hi,

I have a installed Redhat Enterprise Linux v5 server machine with not register with RHN. Follow the Redhat guide, I purchased a basic subscription and have a subscription number. After that, I tried the rhn_register for register my system to RHN but not successful. Here is my steps:

- From root, run rhn_register
- Enter my username/ password
- The username and password is passed, but appear the "Access a subscription" dialog with error "You have no active subscriptions available in your account" and ask me for enter Installation number. But after I installed Installation number with the newly purchased subscription key, the system tell this key is invalid.
- I tried to active this key with the URL https://www.redhat.com/wapps/activate but cannot with error message "The entered subscription number can only be used by the installer."

Please help me

Since you have purchased support, have you tried calling the RH support number?

I ask RHN web support, but didn't receive reply. Maybe this time is the night time on US? It is very urgent, I cannot wait any more.
