Can Linux Be Installed on RAID 0?


I am just curious as to if there is a way to maybe instaql Linux on a RAID 0 hard drive configuration. I recently tried with Ubuntu and it detected my HDs as two seperate hard drives. I didn't want to further the instalation because I was afraid I was going to lose data if I did continue.

Linux RAID

Yes, Linux handles all manner of RAID. You will need to know if you are attempting sofware RAID (built into the Linux kernel), or Hardware RAID (you'll need to check if the hardware vendor is supported by the Linux kernel, or if the Hardware manufacture has a kernel module.
