Fuuiihhh....Finally. Now I got them both working perfectly. Hell with GRUB, now i'm using LILO and it runs like a charm...LOLz. For you who having the same problem, I suggest to use LILO as your boot loader. Btw, you guys are all great, especially you deadbug...thanks mate!
