ask for help on mail server, please

hi, all

I'm installing my first mail server by Redhat7.2 + vpopmail +qmail.

Every thing seems ok when I install it, then I run it.

I found that vpopmail's vchkpw program isn't talking to tcpserver's tcp.smtp.cdb file, it only talk to qmail/controal/rcpthosts file.

But in "ps ax", I can see that tcpserver -H -R pop3 ... vchkpw ...qmail-pop3d is running!

I feel so strange and confused.

Any one can help? Thanks a lot !

What would you like to do? You don't need another pop3 program for qmail. It has it build in. Decide which one you'd like to have.

thank you for your replying!

I need vpopmail, because it has a fuction "enable roaming users", I think this can make my mail server more safe and not becoming an open relay!
