Cedega installs games into a fake windoze drive located in a directory called /.Transgaming in your /home/[username] account... In that subdirectory there is a fake C drive and the games are installed there...

So you need to have a large enough /home partition to accomodate the games you're installing there. Mine is about 20 GB... Even with that I'm running out of space... then again I don't delete games after I've played them through...

I've installed a game and I dont find the .Transgaming folder, I only have a ".transgaming_global" directory that has some configuration files and a Transgaming_Drive which is empty, so is there some variations in the directories?

As of Cedega 5.0.x, you're game profiles (therefore games) are installed to ~/.cedega/<profile>.
