Servers for Enemy Territory

Hey all

I just downloaded Enemy Territory (man what a mission on a 56k dialup lol and now I want
to play, i went to the Enemy Territory website, found the IP to connect to but it doesn't work.

Does anyone know any other servers for ET? Also, is there any way to play single player?

ET has no single player mode with bots or AI or anything but you can start your own local server and practice by yourself. I've had no problems finding the list of servers in game. Have you patched up to date?

ET should automatically find all the servers for you and display them in the list.

K well I went into ET, refreshed the list but I got nothing... On the website it says the servers IP is 195.4.17.142:27960 but that doesn't work either

I downloaded it yesterday - version 2.56 (which appears to be newer than the one on the homepage lol) - and i can't seem to find any patches for it...

2.56 is the latest version.

Strange you don't get a server list?

Is your connection set in the profile?

Have you set too many filters on the server page?

On the servers page you need to select 'internet' as the source of the servers list.

Stumped as to what else.

I've figured it out - I removed all my firewall rules and then tried and got a listing of servers, might have to tweak my rules me thinks

Thanks guys
