Good Graphics Games

I'm sorry if this questions has been asked, but what are some games for Linux, which have good graphics? I'm looking for something free, that can run on linux, and is not a simple Windose port. Thanks.

Nexiuz is both free and has some sweet graphics. Try it, though you'll need a fairly powerful system to run it well.

You'll also get a kick out of foobillard, if you're into shooting pool. Very nice graphics, and the physics are pretty decent - it handles english shots & such.

Also go for gl-117, Flightgear, scorched3d, Vegastrike, neverball, TORCS, Tuxracer, Tuxcart.

If you're willing to pay for commercial games, Doom3, Unreal Tournament 2004 and Neverwinter Nights have been ported to Linux. They run nicely. Also consider getting Cedega, so you can run Windows games in Linux.
