they all have native support,
eg: there should be a .tgz file in the windows version cd which will install the linux compiled version.

it requires a bit of work to get them to run right. but in that case check out
www.google.com/linux
or
www.linuxcompatible.org

if you have some money and want to support open source gaming
http://www.tuxgames.com
sells CD's of meny more game titles which have been 'ported' to run in linux with no extra help

Starcraft will only work under wine/WineX or cedega...

the others have Linux native binaries.

Not that long ago, I made up a list of games available to linux. Tho, there are thousands, if not over a million games for linux. These are probably the best games right now.

Free Good 3D/non3D games
-----------------------------
Americas Army -- 3D
RTCW:Enemy Territory - 3D
Cube - 3D
FreeCiv - Non 3D
Tuxkart - 3D <<< not done yet, but keep an eye out for this one, the new version is almost out.
Legends - 3D<<< realy realy good game, get the beta before it becomes commercial
Netpanzer - 3D
Battle for Wesnoth <<< not the best game
Neverball - 3D <<< Same as Monkey Ball, fun game
Chromium

Commercial Games
-----------------------------
The Sims for linux << from transgaming
Kohan and some exspansions
Never Winter Nights
Return to Castle Wolfenstien
Doom3
Unreal Tournament 2k3, and 2k4
Soldier of Fortune
Quake 1, 2, 3
Doom 1, 2, final
Medal Of Honor: Allied Assault
Medal Of Honor: Spear Head
Medal Of Honor: Breakthrough (?)
Post 2 Share the Pain <<< not realesed yet, but demo avail
TuxRacer <<< RIP
Alpha Centauri
Sim City 3000
Command and Conquer / Red Alert / Aftermath / Covert Ops / Counter Strike/ - non 3D <<< Theres a port
Tribes 2 - 3D
Jagged Allience 2
Domminions
Hexen(s) - 3D
Vendetta Online - 3D
Gate 88

Games Under Cedega (formerly known as winex)
that worked great for me
-------------------------------------------------------------
Steam: CS / DoD / HL / Hostil Intent, basicly all of them (except source)
Battlefield 1942 = Be sure you have a distro with pthreads
BF1942: Desert Combat = Be sure you have a distro with pthreds
StarCraft
Warcraft 3 FT / TFT
EverQuest
DarkAge of Camelot
Maniac Mansin Delux
Zack McKraken Delux
MOHAA <<< native version still in beta
Command And Conquer: Tiberian Sun
Max Payne
Max Payne 2

NOTE: You can use the free version wine with those games, it works almost as good.

Cedega games that works pretty well and Is supported (and a few that arent)
but I havent tried yet...
----------------------------------------------------
City of Heros - MMORPG -- 3D
Star Wars Galaxys -- MMORPG -- 3D
Anarchy Online -- MMORPG -- 3D
Battlefield Vietname -- 3D
World Of Warcraft -- MMORPG -- 3D
Ragnorock -- MMORPG -- 3D << (?)
Sacrifice -- MMORPG? -- 3D
Marrowind Eldar Scrolls 3 -- MRPG -- 3D

Command And Conquer: Generals -- 3D
Hitman Series -- 3D
Dues Ex -- 3D
Dues Ex: Invisible War -- 3D
Painkiller -- 3D
Black & White -- 3D
Ghost Recon -- 3D
Boulders Gate 2 -- 3D
Star Wars Jedi Night 1/2 -- 3D
Star Wars Jedi Night: KOTOR -- 3D
Ultima Online
Far Cry -- 3D
The above seem to work farely well, or just perfect, this is not all the working games, thers like 500 more 4-5 rated games. These just happend to catch my eye, and I just remembered them.

Check out all of them at http://www.transgaming.com/dogamesea...king&showall=1

Last Note Games
---------------------------
There are still thousands of games for linux, usualy they are mods, like Red Orchastra, but this list only holds a little bit of information, of the growing list of games available to linux. I leave it upon yourself to see all the mods and other games available to linux.

Sry if I didn't put any links in yet. A simple google (at google.com/linux) should get you the link to there site. I got more games, but its late, and I got 2 finish my homework. (I never do it, decided it was a good time to start)

NOTE: I'll update this as often as possible.
