COD Loki Installer not present, need helping installing

I use to have the COD (Call of Duty; PC Game) Loki Installer. But now the site, http://www.liflg.org no longer has it.
I tried wine, but can't get the second disc to go, because the CD-ROM is mounted.
I can't unmount it, because it says it's already in use (which is in the konsole, being installed)
Would anyone know a solution to this? Does anyone know if the DVD version works (Call of Duty: War Chest)?

I'm running Mandriva Linux 2007.1 Spring (Full Powerpack DVD version)
Wine .9.33 (which can easily be upgraded to .9.38)

I still have it... I put it up on my webspace. It's the german run file... don't know if that helps.

http://web0.45094.vs.webtropia.com/r...1.5-german.run
click save-as otherwise it will open in the browser window. :?

You could write an email to the loki people. Maybe they can put it up again.

I have a bad feeling it is not going to work. I saw they had a german installer for "FreeSpace" and almost everything was in German.
.....actually, having COD in German would be sort of interesting, being you're fighting the Germans. Everyone would be talking German lol.
I'll ask them, see what is up.

I just purchased the Call of Duty War Chest edition.
It installs, but I can't play it. I get this error:

"Unload the debugger and try again"

thought I had it...

Did you find the loki installer? I found a couple of links - all dead. Did you get any feedback from the loki people?

haven't found any, except the one mentioned here, but it's German. the German installer for FreeSpace didn't work. it was a, in German, and b, just didn't work.
I emailed someone there two or so days ago, no answer. I registered to talk in the forum, they said they'll send an email here for verification, but nothing.

I'm not sure if I told you here, or just at mandriva.com, but I have different issues with Call of Duty.

I bought the DVD version (Call of Duty War Chest) but have all new issues.

CD Version - Requires disc 2, but I have to unmount it, but can't because the disc or whatever is in use by some other application.

DVD Version - Installs, but when trying to load, it says "unload the debugger and try again."

They wanted to remove the "unnecessary" ones, meaning if it can run under cedega/wine, why have it?
Thing is, both Cedega and wine have this issue with CD mounting, wine is worse. Maybe it's me and/or my distro, not sure, but the CD and DVD version of Call of Duty won't work.

not important, but my profile is outdated, haven't used mandriva 2006 in a while. I'm curently using Mandriva 2008 Beta 1

COD didn't install without the loki installer. + They come with the necessary no-cd executables
