package manager like APT to help in installing required libraries

Dears

I am trying to build gnome desktop and it seems I am missing xorg lib so is there a package manager that can help me in building BLFS and download the missing dependencies automatically like APT or I have to build every lib and install by my self?

Thanks a lot and i really appreciate your reply

There is no Package Manager in LFS/BLFS it,s all done by hand, saying that you can adapt a commercial one for your own use packman has been used and i,m sure apt has as well.
There are a few users in LQ that have done package managers and might have links to there work

My package manger here:
https://github.com/KeithDHedger/LFSPkg
This will handle installing dependencys automatically.
Along with the build scripts here:
https://github.com/KeithDHedger/LFSPkgBuilds
Have a look at the Howto in LFSPkgBuilds/tree/8.2/LFSScripts which gives a step by step guide, there is also an xorg meta script which will build a complete xserver including deps.
