how to understand hall linux source code??? suppose if i want to change particular thing than in which file or folder we have to change code??? please replay
Not necessarily.
If you want to change a file or location of file from one folder to another you don't need to change the linux code.
You can do it many ways. Please use google to get answers to what you mean.
Or you can post repost any question, the better way.
Please be more specific in your questions so that members find it easy to understand what you wanted to know.
I might be tempted to start at linux from scratch (LFS). http://www.linuxfromscratch.org/ It is a book or sorts that tell one how to build linux..... from scratch as it were.
LFS is a distribution as well as a guidebook to building your own distribution. If you wish to build it without issues using distributions like Slackware, CRUX, and Gentoo are the most recommended.
there is no one alive who fully understands the all* of the Linux kernel source tree. There are a number of books and guides for newbie kernel hackers. Have you read any of them?
