Question C# compiler not found during "make" of Gettext-0.14.1

I'm doing the 5.1 version of LFS. I've made to the point of installing Gettext-0.14.1. During the "make" I get this error:

I tried installing pnet on the host but still get the same error. Any ideas?
Thanks,

Thanks Zero-0-Effect. That seemed to work fine although I used --prefix=/tools as in the instructions. I'm assuming disabling Csharp was the key.
