RAID server & website

Hi:
Recently, I am running a website, which generate so much traffic, and now I am wondering if i can diverse my website to different location?
My website needs php and mysql support

I want to know if can I run another website from another server that can share the same database base from the website that i am running now?

If yes, what softwares I need to run to make my servers to raid server?

It would be better if both servers are on the same LAN so that the connection between mysql and the webserver are quicker - if the sql is readonly then it shouldn't really matter.

You may benefit from configuring one server specifcally for sql and another for http.

oh because right now my server locates in US, but most people who access to my server are around Asia.

So I wonder which softwares should I use to run the RAID server, and I already set up a linux server around asia location, but i do not have the technology to link them together.

Around US
Main Server
Fedora Core 2.6.11-7
Apache
mysql

Around Asia <-this is the server that i want to link them together with US server
Slave Server
Fedora Core 2.6.11-7
Apache
mysql
