pulse uneven load

Hi

I have problem with pulse load balancing (pulse,ipvsadm,piranha)
This is my config /etc/sysconfig/ha/lvs.cf

serial_no = 34
primary = x.x.x.x
service = lvs
rsh_command = rsh
backup_active = 1
backup = x.x.x.x
heartbeat = 1
heartbeat_port = 539
keepalive = 3
deadtime = 25
network = direct
reservation_conflict_action = preempt
debug_level = NONE

virtual metoo_sk {
active = 1
address = x.x.x.135 eth0:0
vip_nmask = 255.255.255.224
port = 80
send = "GET / HTTP/1.1\r\n\r\n"
expect = "HTTP"
use_regex = 0
scheduler = rr
protocol = tcp
timeout = 6
reentry = 15
quiesce_server = 1
server weba {
address = x.x.x.136
active = 1
weight = 1
}
server webb {
address = x.x.x.137
active = 1
weight = 1
}
}

but I get really uneven load for my real web servers.

[root@lbaa duben]# ipvsadm -Ln --stats
IP Virtual Server version 1.2.1 (size=4096)
Prot LocalAddress:Port Conns InPkts OutPkts InBytes OutBytes
-> RemoteAddress:Port
TCP x.x.x.x.135:80 439475 41673195 0 4019M 0
-> x.x.x.136:80 218897 34724348 0 3416M 0
-> x.x.x.x.137:80 220578 6948847 0 603022K 0

Any ideas how to get steady load for my web servers?

Thanks
