How can I extend my partition which is running out of space

One partition of my application server is running out of space. Its a live production server and is now 91% occupied. Please suggest my options to extend the size of my partition with less downtime.

I am using RH ES 3AS.

Thanks,

Bloretech.

Qtparted will resize partitions. Back up everything first.
