SPI interface with AT91SAM9261

Hello Everybody ,
Good Morning. Im using atmel's AT91SAM9261 board . Now i want to make some design changes . since the MMC/SD , Audio and Touchscreen interface uses the same clock line , I cant use all the interfaces at a time so i av to select a different clock line. I have done that already . what are the ways in which i can program them? and second thing i want to ask is tat there are two SPI buses spi0 spi1 with 4 chipselects . so i can use maximum 8 devices with a SPI interface ?. so how to enable various interfaces and cross check them whether they are working?
warm regards,
Ravi Kulkarni.
