What distributions are available entirely on disk (rather than via the internet)?

Hello. I'm wondering what distributions are available entirely on disk, as opposed to just via an install CD (or DVD) accompanied by Internet repositories. Are there any other ones besides Debian?

Slackware (http://store.slackware.com/cgi-bin/store) in 32-bit or 64-bit or dual-sided DVD containing the full system, 32-bit on one side, 64-bit on the other.

Hope this helps some.
