Suse update via Yast

Anybody that can tell me which protocolls I need to let through the firewall (iptables) in order to use automatic update from Yast (it's a dedicated firewall, so I am working on command line)?
I have tried passive FTP, but I could not connect to the Suse site.

Regards
Loke.

The FTPs always take a long time to connect to them due to them being busy constantly.
