Suse 8.2 Personal edition

So here's the question i'm rather new to Linux and i'm asking myself why my Suse distribution don't want to installed.

Could be that the distribution is too old ?

How it's functioning with Linux ..If i't too old it's no good ?

I would like to know please

Thanks

You're not being specific. SuSE 8.2 isn't old. Distributions aren't too old to install; it's computers that become too old for installation.

It's possible you have a bad CD if you downloaded and burned them yourself or even if the CD has been damaged along the way. Maybe you could give some details such as:
**The CD Source
**Your PC specs
**What errors or problems you're having
