Is there anyone who has an idea what is a technical differnence between OpenBsd and LinusDebian 2.2, and which of them should I prefer if I want to have a secure OS.Is OpenBsd a better one?

OpenBSD is the most secure OS I know.
Bothe are unix like only OpenBSD is not a linux but a BSD If your used to linux it will be a bit diferand. The BSD kernel is diferand from the linux kernel and is compiled in a diferand way. Fore example OpenBSD uses a diferand arch for its pecket filter and a diferand sintax to config it.

BSD

The above is all true. Also the installer for OBSD is purely text.
Fairly straightfoward though, and well documented.

I version 3.0 they have discarded ipf (IPfilter) for pf (Packet Filter), which I think is easier to config.

also OBSD comes with a number of encryption fearures built in. As they are Canada based they aren't subject to US export laws

Besides it's what Cap'n Crunch uses now. See Crunchbox at www.shopip.com
