Hi, I just recently got a 4gb usb drive and I want to put a Debian-based distro on it. However, I'd like to be able to run it in windows and linux (like DSL) and do a natural boot from it (just booting off of the usb drive during startup). I tried DSL, but I didn't like it because of the layout (I hate Knoppix's layout, and that's what it's based off of). I'd prefer if I could just have it set to gnome as my desktop manager, and feel like a typical debian system. Thanks in advance.
That seems pretty unrealistic to me. Gnome on a pendrive, I just don't see that happening. It might be possible, but I couldn't see it being very fast/productive. Thats just my purely uninformed opinion...
