Video/Gifs/etc choppy over KVM switch

I've recently been delving into Linux more and have installed Fedora 25 on a desktop PC. I'm dual booting with Windows 7. I have 2 monitors, one directly into the PC and one going through a Belkin Flip KVM switch. This setup works fine under Win7, no issues. It's a Dell Optiplex 980 SFF PC, Radeon HD3450 graphics card, 2 Dell 19" widescreen monitors.

For whatever reason, it causes problems with any kind of playback in Linux though. Gifs/Video stutter around every 10 seconds or so. It's just enough to be incredibly annoying. My google fu has failed me on coming up with a solution on this one. If I take the browser/video source and move it over to the second monitor that is plugged straight in, it's flawless.... only happens on the monitor plugged in to the KVM.

Is there a setting I can change, maybe something I can put into an xorg.conf, anything that might fix this? Everything is being detected correctly, xrandr shows the proper settings... Dell 19" Monitors running at 1440x900 at 60 hz. I'm using Cinnamon for the environment if that makes any difference.

It is caused by lack of EDID emulation of the KVM switch

It is caused by lack of EDID emulation of the KVM switch you have.
