Not enough resolution choices kubuntu 6.10

It was running well at 1024x768 until I tried to install TurboTax 2006 under CrossoverOffice 6.0. Now I can only get res on the order of 800x400. The system settings panel doesn't give me any more choices.

What options are available in your xorg.conf? Check the date/time stamp of /etc/X11/xorg.conf to see when it was updated. Check also in /etc/X11 to see if there's a backup of the xorg.conf file. Finally, check to see what modes are available for your video setup in xorg.conf.
