No toolbar ?


compiz shows no Toolbar (close , minimize , ...)

Beryl cant be found in synaptics

> how do i solve this ?

It sounds like your window manager isn't running. If you're using Compiz, I assume your window manager is Emerald in which case you'll want to open the "Run" dialog (ALT+F2) and type in emerald --replace
