Cool Looking for information on installing Flash Player & Adobe in CentOS4

While I'm still dabbling around with the Linux OS's in general, I would like to know the correct procedures for installing Flash & Adobe in CentOS4.

Weather that be by a link that will guide me through it or someone kind enough to walk me through it.

Thanks in advance!
