Installed Fedora 35: nedit can't paste from konsole

Hello!

Today I installed Fedora 35 (after using fedora 32 for quite a long time).

I haven't finished yet going over the previous OS rpms list and installing everything I previously
had but I've already stumbled over a very annoying bug: nedit stopped pasting from konsole.
I did "dnf update" to update everything after the install.

When I select some text in a "konsole" I can paste it into another konsole
but I can't paste it into an opened "nedit" window.
If I select some test in firefox, then paste into "nedit" window - it works.

If I open "Dolphin" and select part of the path, I can paste it into a konsole
but not into "nedit".

Similary, opening "kwrite" and selecting some text in it, I can paste into a konsole
but not into "nedit".

I tried "pasting" by middle mouse button, by selecting the menu "Paste" and by "Shift-Insert"
(at work, where we use RedHat I also experience "gradually disappearing" ability of "nedit"
to copy-paste, in early stages of it I can use "Ctrl-Insert" as "copy" and "Shift-Insert"
as "paste" when mouse selection and paste stops working) - same result for all types.

Interestingly, selecting a text in "nedit" and pasting it in "konsole" - works
so the bug is "unidirectional": only "paste" doesn't work.

konsole version: Version 21.12.2
nedit version:

NEdit 5.7

Built on: Linux, x86-64, GNU C
Built at: Jul 22 2021, 00:00:00

Running Motif: 2.3 [unknown]
Server: The X.Org Foundation 12101004
Visual: 24-bit TrueColor (ID 0x49, Default)
Locale: en_US

TIA for any help!

Maybe konsole prevents highlighted text (primary selection) from leaking out.
Does it work with Ctrl-Shift-c?
Have you tried a clipboard manager?

Hi ondoho, thanks for the response.

I tried "Ctrl-Shift-c" and "Ctrl-Shift-v" - same thing.

Attempted to run "klipper" (strangely, it's installed but missing from the programs menu or maybe I just missed it)
from a command line, got:

Code:
kf.dbusaddons: Couldn't register name 'org.kde.klipper' with DBUS - another process owns it already!
