How to uninstall Ubuntu ?

I am new to linux. I had installed Ubuntu on my system (in dual boot mode with Windows XP) and now I want to uninstall Ubuntu and install Fedora Core 5.

But it looks like Grub system installed with Ubuntu has now control over booting process of my system.

Can some let me know correct procedure to uninstall Ubuntu ?

Thanks in advance.
