That site does the same thing for me. That is a bug on their site, not your browser. This forum is using a PHP page, btw.
The issue is that they most likely don't have PHP installed in apache, so Apache is sending the un-processed PHP page to your browser, that it does not understand (because the server is the computer that needs to process the PHP, not the client).
When you visit a PHP page, the server processes the PHP code, and your browser just gets a standard HTML page.
