Debian 9 GPG GUI Frontend

I'm experiencing some issues With Debian9 + KDE 5.8
Right now i'm trying to set up an encrypted wallet but i didn't find any GUI-Software like keyring in debian 8.
What is the user-friendliest way to do so?

When i tried to create a new wallet with PGP-Encryption an error message popped up. Meanwhile i solved it by creating a new key through CLI but i feel like there was a seperate graphical tool for that in KDE 4
