Cool Can any apps be rolled up on a screen edge, like yakuake ?

Hello,

I would like to program my favourite apps that can be rolled up on the edge of my desktop with click on it or key-shortcut

(independant of the desktop)
(and no gnome-panel, since we all like lightweight apps)

a bit like :

Is there any program for that ?

That s certainly not easy thing to program a such applications or tool...

Thank you & best Regards
