Adding Synaptic button to WMDock in WindowMaker

How do I do this? Gave the WMState file in the GNUstep/Defaults directory a look and could not understand the code except for how to change the terminal being launched by the terminal button (which I've done successfully). Where are the icons for these buttons coming from?
