Looking for some suggestions from you all.

I'm a Lead Sys Admin and have been using HPUX for about 5 years, last 2 years not so much since I've been doing more management. My team has deployed RH 8, and RH ES boxes, but I have only done the default installs on 8 and ES 3.1.

Work is busy and home life is busy so I really don't have luxury time to learn this as well as I would like to.

I was considering purchasing the RHCE training materials instead of going to a half-a-dozen classes to get everything I need. That way I can take myself offline for a week or so at work to go through the materials.

What do you think??
