Gentoo Hardened uClibc toolchain

I have been reading about the Gentoo Hardening project on the Gentoo wiki, while there's a lot of information on those pages, I can't seem to find out how the toolchain is built. I would like to find the build scripts, configuration files, patches etc. for the x86 Gentoo Hardened uClibc toolchain so I can see exactly how it's built.

Does anyone know a Git repository or something where I can find the files?

You can always ask in #gentoo-hardened on IRC in the Freenode server where we all hang out
